Buckhorn Weston in North Dorset lies between the A30 and the A303, between Gillingham and Wincanton, and overlooks the Blackmore Vale.

This attractive village of some 350 inhabitants has its own award winning pub The Stapleton Arms (which also has stylish accommodation rooms), Church, Cricket Pavilion and Grounds, and the Village Green adjacent to the Village Hall.

The Buckhorn Weston Village Hall is a modern facility and was completed in 1998.  It consists of a main function room (with stage), a meeting room, fully equipped kitchen (refitted in November 2008), toilets and a spacious entrance hall. The hall is used by several different local groups offering a wide and varied programme of activities for all ages throughout the week; and can be hired by individuals or groups for events and activities.
